
Dr Frank Lugert takes over the succession of family and owner-managed companies. He has gained his experience in many different management positions in medium-sized and large family businesses. He has also successfully supported numerous succession solutions. Frank holds a doctorate in political science and is an industrial and structural steel engineer.

Holger structures and configures the financing of our acquisitions. He designs the equity and debt capital components required for financing and is the point of contact for our investors and banks. Holger holds a degree in business administration from the University of Trier.

Ilias manages our acquisition processes. He is the contact person for the sell side, our investors and the banks. He coordinates the necessary services in close co-operation with Frank. Ilias holds a degree in business administration from HWR Berlin and a Master of Merger & Acquisitions LL.M. from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

Digital Marketing & Analytics
Jörg is responsible for planning, implementing and analysing our digital marketing activities on the web. As a consultant for digital campaigns, he knows the needs of b2c and b2b orientated companies, especially in the areas of online marketing, e-commerce and web development. Jörg received his BA Honours with a focus on Digital Marketing from Middlesex University.

Personal Assistant, M&A
Marie develops, organises and coordinates our M&A deal flow, especially for special situations. She is the contact person for establishing initial contact on the seller side. She ensures that all relevant information is available and updated to all parties at all times. Marie is a qualified office management assistant and holds a degree in business administration from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

M&A Financial Planning
Zhenya specialises in financial modelling and planning. She prepares our financial plans for a sustainably profitable continuation of our succession solutions in the acquisition process. She also models the financing of our investments. Zhenya holds a BA of Business Administration, an MA of Organisational Development and is a CFI-certified Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®).
